New Connection Point for Transpo and Interurban Trolley

transpo-map

A connection point between two of the region’s largest public transportation systems is relocating. Riders that rely on Transpo and the Interurban Trolley will have a new connection at Twin Branch Park along Lincolnway in Mishawaka.

The Interurban Trolley’s Yellow Line connects that system with Transpo’s route #9 Northside Mishawaka bus at the Twin Branch Park stop.

Transpo describes the route changes below:

From Lincolnway, the bus will turn left onto Ballard Ave

Right onto Bittersweet Rd (bus will now stop on the west side of Bittersweet Rd across from Martin’s)

Right onto Lincolnway to New Stop Location at Twin Branch Park

Bus will proceed inbound on Lincolnway resuming the regular route

Transpo provides bus service to South Bend and Mishawaka. The Interurban Trolley, which is operated by the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG), provides service to Elkhart and Goshen.
