The city of South Bend is closing a stretch of Niles Avenue on Monday for sewer repairs.
According to a press release from the city:
Beginning Monday, March 15, Niles Avenue from Corby Boulevard to Crescent Avenue will be closed to repair a sewer. Detour routes will be Corby Boulevard and Cedar Street via Hill Street. The anticipated reopening date is Friday, March 19, weather permitting.
