Ghosts and goblins will be wandering the streets of South Bend, Mishawaka and surrounding communities this evening in the annual quest for candy.
Halloween is here yet again.
And while the cold temperatures may frighten parents — who should expect temps to fall into the 30s with a chance of a rain/snow mix — you can count on trick-or-treaters to persevere. Just be sure to wear extra clothing underneath the costumes.
